Q. Why use a Landscape Architect rather than simply going to a contractor? A. If you . . .
... then you may want the services of a Landscape Architect. |
|
Q. May I choose the plants, or have input into the design?
A. Absolutely! I will work with you, revising the plan in response to your ideas and needs. |
|
Q. How much will a Landscape Master Plan cost?
A. The cost depends upon the size of the property and the complexity of the design that suits your needs. Generally, the plan for a new home on a one half acre lot is $1900-2900, and somewhat less for a smaller portion of a property. The cost for your plan may be more or less than this. |
|
Q. How long will a design take?
A. The plan development process includes meeting with the client three or more times to discuss first a Concept Sketch, and then the Master Plan. In most cases you can expect a completed Master Plan six to nine weeks from contract signing. |
